Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve complaints and issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and support) to ensure customer needs are met. Develop and implement customer retention strategies. Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve the customer experience. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. Prepare reports on customer activity and satisfaction levels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to improve processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Real estate. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
