As an Office Boy, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Boy to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain office cleanliness and organization. 2. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents. 3. Manage office supplies and stationery. 4. Deliver and collect documents, packages, and mail. 5. Provide tea/coffee and refreshments to staff. 6. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and conference facilities. 7. Perform errands and tasks as assigned by management. 8.
