Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Medical Sales Representative, your role involves visiting hospitals, clinics, and doctors regularly to build and maintain strong relationships. Your responsibilities include introducing and explaining the company's medical products or services, collecting feedback from doctors and clients to improve services, and maintaining a record of daily visits, client interactions, and follow-up activities. You will need to coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth service delivery and represent the company in a professional manner during hospital or clinic visits. Identifying new opportunities for collaboration with healthcare professionals and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors regularly to build and maintain strong relationships. - Introduce and explain the company's medical products or services. - Collect feedback from doctors and clients to improve services. - Maintain a record of daily visits, client interactions, and follow-up activities. - Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth service delivery. - Represent the company in a professional manner during hospital or clinic visits. - Identify new opportunities for collaboration with healthcare professionals. - Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Degree (Science or Pharmacy background preferred). Experience Required: - 02 years (Medical / Pharma field experience preferred). Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills (Telugu & English). - Good interpersonal and customer service skills. - Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
