Job Description

Customer Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems.
Customer Interaction Tracking: Monitoring communications across channels (email, phone, social media) to ensure seamless engagement.
Sales Support: Assisting sales teams with lead tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Marketing Campaigns: Designing and executing targeted campaigns using CRM insights to improve conversion rates.
Customer Retention: Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
Reporting & Analytics: Generating performance reports to measure customer satisfaction, sales growth, and campaign effectiveness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
