Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

You will be part of The Royal Avenue, a luxury travel service company inspired by The Royal Indian Culture and Hospitality. Your role will involve: - Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. - Acting as a point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues or complaints. - Working with sales and marketing teams to generate and manage leads. - Actively participating in closing leads. - Segmenting customers and creating targeted email, SMS, or call campaigns. - Monitoring campaign results and suggesting improvements based on data analytics. - Analyzing customer data and preparing reports on trends, satisfaction, and behavior. - Generating insights for product development, customer service, and sales teams. - Presenting monthly/quarterly CRM performance reports to management. Qualifications required: - Bachelors / Master in Business Administrations or any degree or diploma in Travel and tourism. - Minimum of 1 year experience in travel and tourism. The Royal Avenue offers a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. You should have the ability to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana before starting work. Experience in Travel Sales for at least 1 year is required. Proficiency in English language is preferred. The work location is in person.,
