We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing queries related to trading and investments, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in financial markets, stock broking operations, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide support.
Understand customer needs and offer support
Educate customers on basic financial concepts and stock market fundamentals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Freshers can apply with basic understanding of finance and the stock market
Experience with stock market or financial services is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle queries professionally and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Any degree (Finance background is a plus).
