Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Professional. The role involves maintaining and nurturing client relationships, managing customer inquiries and concerns, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, providing proactive support, assisting in streamlining projects, and supporting sales efforts to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to develop and nurture client relationships
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data and derive insights
• Experience in Project Management with an ability to organize tasks effectively
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Relevant education such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be an advantage
• Previous experience in health insurance or healthcare services is a plus
