Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, based in Jaipur. The CRM will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and coordinating with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include monitoring customer interactions, developing customer segmentation strategies, coordinating CRM projects, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

• Effective Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Market Segmentation and targeting strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
