As a CRM Specialist at our company, your role will involve: - Developing and executing CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and growth. - Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of CRM specialists, ensuring their professional development and fostering a collaborative environment. - Overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. - Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and generating reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making. - Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience. - Providing training and support to CRM users for effective adoption and utilization of the system. - Staying informed about CRM technology trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements. - Monitoring and analyzing CRM performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Addressing and resolving CRM-related issues to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction. - Managing the CRM budget efficiently to allocate resources effectively and ensure cost-effectiveness.
