Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving customer retention, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with sales teams, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for improving customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and data
  • Customer Retention and Customer Experience expertise
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a must
  • To be able to work on CRM softwares
