We are seeking a skilled CRM Executive to join our growing team and drive exceptional customer relationship management. Job Responsibilities: Manage and optimize CRM systems to streamline customer interactions and enhance sales processes. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information. Generate reports and analyze customer data to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead conversion. Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices. Ensure seamless communication with clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through effective CRM strategies. Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Proficiency in CRM software such as Zoho, 4QT, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
