Job Title: Marketing Technologist/Analyst (Long-Term Contract) Location: Remote (PST/CST Hours) Rate : $ 10-15/hr Contract Duration: 6 months to Long-Term About the Role: We’re seeking a HubSpot expert with hands-on, end-to-end experience in the platform to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands the technical and strategic aspects of HubSpot but also brings strong website experience and can ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and digital performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Own the day-to-day management and optimization of HubSpot , including CRM, marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and email sequences. Set up and maintain conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting across the company website and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure HubSpot is fully supporting cross-functional initiatives. Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Support ongoing website optimization and enhancements , ensuring full alignment with SEO, lead tracking, and user experience best practices. Troubleshoot and manage web integrations between HubSpot and other platforms. Offer proactive suggestions for SEO improvements, Google Analytics tracking , and reporting enhancements. Bonus: Use basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to help implement technical changes to landing pages or the website when needed. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience , with strong knowledge of CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub. Proven experience managing and optimizing web performance and integrations . Comfortable working across departments to align systems, processes, and reporting. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO best practices , and reporting dashboards. Bonus: Basic coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required. Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Why Join Us?
