Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Jai Shree Jewellers. The CRM Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, improving sales strategies, consulting with clients, and managing Salesforce.com administration. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
