Position OverviewThe Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales and post-sales processes for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining client databases, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to possession.
· Handle customer queries related to property, documentation, and payments.
· Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
· Assist clients through the entire sales and post-sales process, ensuring timely updates.
· Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to resolve client concerns.
· Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and interaction history.
· Ensure all documentation, agreements, and payments are processed correctly.
· Support in organizing client visits, handovers, and customer events.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in real estate customer service, CRM, or sales coordination.
