Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Perform routine operation and preventive maintenance of installed equipment. Monitor plant performance, record operational parameters, and ensure optimal functioning. Attend to breakdowns and rectify faults promptly to minimize downtime. Site Supervision & Coordination Supervise site technicians and helpers during project execution or maintenance activities. Coordinate with the Project, Procurement, and Client teams for smooth execution of work. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues. Suggest corrective and preventive measures to improve equipment efficiency. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily service reports, logbooks, and maintenance records.
