We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as

Customer Relationship Executives

. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their career in customer service and relationship management. You will be trained to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve queries and concerns.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates (Any Degree Arts, Science, Engineering, BBA, B.Com, etc.).
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic computer knowledge and technical skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to customer service tools and techniques.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
