Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years

Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute business development campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales and client records using CRM tools.
Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and repeat business.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Time management and organizational skills.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in [mention your industry, e.g., real estate, IT, manufacturing, etc.]).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in handling B2B or B2C clients (as applicable).
Understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
