Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with customers.

• Manage order follow-ups, payment collections, and customer feedback.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Assist in sales generation by maintaining relationships with existing customers and converting leads.

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

• Maintain and update customer databases and reports using Google Workspace and Excel.

• Ensure a professional and customer-focused communication approach at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center / BPO roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
