Looking for detail-oriented customer champions to join our remote team. You’ll be the go-to for client coordination—ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly responses and cultivating stellar customer experiences.

• Manage client interactions across email, chat, and phone
• Provide clear guidance on platform features, pricing, and onboarding steps
• Address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
• Record feedback to help improve our service
• Build rapport to ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not essential)
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Excellent communicator, empathic, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
