We are seeking a poised and customer-focused professional to be the face of our premium Indian ethnic wear brand. As a Customer Care Associate, you will create memorable experiences for clients by offering personalized assistance, styling guidance, and impeccable service across our collections of sarees, lehengas, gowns & salwar suits. What You’ll Do Welcome clients with warmth and grace, ensuring a luxury shopping experience. Guide customers with styling suggestions, fabric knowledge, and draping assistance. Assist bridal & high-value clients with care and attention to detail. Support store operations with billing coordination, trial room management & after-sales service. What We’re Looking For Female candidates only – with a refined sense of style & presentation. Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. 1–3 years’ experience in fashion retail, luxury, or customer service. Strong communication in English, Hindi & Tamil. Passionate about fashion, with the ability to connect personally with clients.
