Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will proactively address their needs before they become issues. You will manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and ensure a seamless, positive experience from pre-purchase questions to post-delivery support. Your ability to anticipate needs and provide swift, thoughtful solutions is key to our success.

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
