The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer handling, lead follow-up, client coordination, and upselling. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2B customers. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products/services. Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to close sales. Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain CRM records, call logs, and customer interaction details. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Achieve monthly targets related to customer retention and sales conversions. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in customer support or telesales (preferably B2B). Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients at once. Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and customer handling processes. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach. Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B portals, SaaS, IT services, or export/import industry.
