Customer Relations Specialist

As a Customer Relations Specialist at Dyneton, you will play a crucial role in managing and providing exceptional service to our Alibaba.com clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the main point of contact for Alibaba.com clients, assisting them with account management and addressing their inquiries promptly. - Providing guidance on product listings, inquiries, and platform navigation to help clients optimize their Alibaba.com experience. - Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring that client queries are resolved efficiently. - Maintaining strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Collaborating with internal teams to effectively resolve complex client issues. - Documenting client interactions accurately in CRM systems and providing regular updates to management on client needs and concerns. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in B2B customer service or account management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client accounts, and make inbound and outbound calls confidently. - Basic knowledge of the Alibaba.com platform is a plus, with training provided as needed.
