Job Description

As a Sales & Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging with couples and members to understand their preferences, curate bespoke date experiences, and ensure seamless service delivery from ideation to execution. This position requires a high level of empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer interactions, experience curation, operational coordination, and sales-driven relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive member acquisition and engagement through targeted sales outreach, networking events, and digital campaigns. - Manage onboarding, servicing, and retention of community members to maintain high satisfaction and renewal rates. - Coordinate daily operational tasks, including event logistics, vendor management, and internal workflow tracking. - Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records, and generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and growth metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, community, content) to ensure seamless program execution and up-to-date communications. - Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across both sales and operations. - Resolve customer and member queries promptly, ensuring top-tier service standards. - Research market trends and competitor activities to support new partnership opportunities. Job Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 2-5 years experience in sales or operations, ideally within a community organization, startup, or B2B environment. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis to support growth strategies. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a dynamic team setting. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and deadline orientation. - Experience in event or program management is a plus.,
