Position: Customer Relationship Manager Location: On-site – Karjat, Maharashtra Industry: Luxury Farmland Real Estate Salary: ₹25,000 per month (negotiable as per calibre) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Relationship Manager to manage and enhance the experience of our ultra HNI clientele at our premium farmland project in Karjat. The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable, and committed to delivering exceptional service on-site. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions during and after site visits. Manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring personalized and seamless service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and service requests. Handle on-site coordination during client visits, events, and bookings. Provide timely updates and address customer queries with accountability. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Presentable, confident, and able to deal with high-profile clients professionally. Strong sense of ownership, discipline, and responsiveness. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate (preferred).
