Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Relations Manager based in Indore, offering a balance between working on-site and remote work flexibility. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, resolving client issues effectively, and implementing feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of customer service representatives, tracking metrics, planning customer engagement initiatives, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Customer Support
Experience in Conflict Resolution, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build lasting connections
Organizational and Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate customer engagement strategies
A data-driven approach and familiarity with CRM tools and customer retention analysis
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic situations
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industries is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
