Gurgaon.

Customer Service and Product Support (CSPS)

1.     We need candidates with strong experience to assist customers in using a product , not just development experience.

2.     Excellent communication skills are important, especially for interacting with US based customers

3.     Candidate with experience in large companies supporting international customers (India based centers) are preferred.

4.     Background should be development but please send us profile where customer support is core responsibility rather than purely tech development work.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in

  DotNet technologies

  (C#, Angular >v2, TypeScript, Bootstrap, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, etc.)
• Scripting experience with

  JavaScript/jQuery

• 12–18 years

  of experience in the software industry

• 4+ years

  leading customer support or service delivery teams
• At least

  2 years working with US-based clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
