Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Gurgaon. This is a leadership role responsible for managing our Customer Service and Product Support (CSPS) team. The candidate will lead a team of Technical Engineers, QA Specialists, and Product Analysts, focusing on technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and customer satisfaction. 1. We need candidates with strong experience to assist customers in using a product , not just development experience. 2. Excellent communication skills are important, especially for interacting with US based customers 3. Candidate with experience in large companies supporting international customers (India based centers) are preferred. 4. Background should be development but please send us profile where customer support is core responsibility rather than purely tech development work.
