We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Kanpur. As a Customer Relations Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. You will engage with clients daily to address their needs, provide support, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, client relations expertise, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution is essential. The candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required, and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.,
