🕒 **Shift:** UK Process | 1:45 PM – 11:00 PM

📅 **Week-offs:** Saturday & Sunday OFF | Friday Half Day

💼 **Employment Type:** Full-time

Are you passionate about helping people while building a rewarding career in sales? Join our growing team as an **IVA Sales Advisor** and play a key role in guiding UK customers toward financial freedom.

🔹 What you’ll do:

* Speak with UK customers struggling with unsecured debts.

* Explain the IVA solution (government-backed debt repayment plan).

* Assess customer eligibility (income, expenses, debts).

* Clearly communicate benefits, risks, and the IVA process.

* Collect documents & transfer qualified cases to insolvency practitioners.

* Ensure compliance with FCA & GDPR guidelines.

* Achieve sales & conversion targets.

🔹 What we’re looking for:

* Excellent communication & empathy skills.

* Ability to build trust and handle objections.

* Background in sales, collections, or call center preferred.

* Knowledge of UK debt management products & regulations is a plus.
