Job Purpose:

Inbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from customers looking to

  book travel packages and services

  .
• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, using a combination of scripts and personal

  sales techniques

  , to promote our travel products and services.
• Respond to Emails and Chats from customers and help them with their queries.
• Provide information about available travel options, including destinations, prices, and promotions.

• Convert calls into confirmed bookings by overcoming

  objections and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet

  sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and travel destinations to ensure the best possible recommendations to customers.

Education Qualifications & Experience Level:

• A minimum of 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Have prior experience in

  UK/US Sales/Service/Collections/Upselling

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computers and software such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
