Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Kanpur. The role involves daily engagement with clients to address their needs, provide support, and foster strong relationships.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction abilities
  • Proven proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
