Customer Relations Executive

About the Company: Pictura Digital Printers is a leading digital printing company based in Noida, specializing in short-run commercial printing, luxury wedding albums, packaging, and customized rigid boxes. We work with professional photographers, printers, and premium packaging clients across India. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to support our business development team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and assisting in closing orders for digital print, wedding albums, and packaging products. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior sales team in identifying and approaching new clients (photographers, print houses, packaging clients). Handle incoming leads and inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls. Maintain daily communication with customers for order status, pricing, and delivery updates. Create and share quotations, job sheets, and order details with internal teams. Follow up on payments and customer satisfaction post-delivery. Keep records of client interactions in CRM and report daily activities. Participate in exhibitions, fairs, and client meetings as required. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written). Basic knowledge of printing, packaging, or wedding album industry preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets. Confident personality with a customer-first attitude. Quick learner with ability to handle multiple clients. Must be comfortable working from office (Noida).
