Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer accounts, and providing feedback to the management team. The role demands effective communication and proactive engagement with clients to foster strong relationships.
