Job Description

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
Understand client needs related to ceramics, mosaics, grouts, adhesives, waterproofing, and other construction chemicals.
Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Analyze customer buying patterns to suggest relevant products and solutions.
Conduct regular site visits, product presentations, and technical support sessions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer engagement campaigns and product promotions.
Track customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements in service delivery.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help shape customer retention strategies.
