About the Role

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Executive who will manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
This role acts as a bridge between the company, clients, and the sales team, handling all documentation, CRM updates, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Send application forms, agreements, and related documents to clients.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each client.
• Update and maintain all client details in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for daily reporting, lead follow-ups, and target tracking.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and management.
• Follow up with customers and sales executives to close pending documentation and updates.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce, etc.)
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability
• Organized, process-oriented, and proactive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Operations Support
• Experience in handling sales documentation or customer communication preferred
