We are looking for Sales Executive who can join immediately for below mentioned locations. Location : Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field Existing network of contacts in the construction or real estate industry Requirements: 1 to 3 years experience in the building materials sector (e.g., cement, tiles, paint, steel, adhesives, plywood etc.) Strong knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients Monitor market trends and competitor activities Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts Ensure timely collections and coordinate with the accounts department Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants. Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Understand client needs related to ceramics, mosaics, grouts, adhesives, waterproofing, and other construction chemicals. Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Analyze customer buying patterns to suggest relevant products and solutions. Conduct regular site visits, product presentations, and technical support sessions as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer engagement campaigns and product promotions. Track customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements in service delivery. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help shape customer retention strategies.
