Dear Connections!!! As a Field Marketing Manager, you will drive regional marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate sales. You will collaborate with sales teams to execute targeted campaigns, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives tailored to specific markets and customer segments. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline. • Plan and manage field events, trade shows, and executive roundtables. • Partner with Sales to create tailored marketing programs for high-value accounts (ABM). • Develop localized content, webinars, and workshops to support regional sales teams. • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and industry associations for co-marketing opportunities. • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future field marketing efforts. • Align closely with Sales to ensure marketing activities support business goals. Qualifications: • 10–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketing or demand generation. • Experience running events, ABM campaigns, and regional marketing programs. • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and other marketing functions. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot). • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring marketing impact.
