Integration

The Customer Success function is a cornerstone of NIQ Brandbank, playing a crucial role in customer onboarding, adoption, retention, development, and satisfaction for both Brandbank and Etilize solutions.The Customer Integration function is a vital, client-facing component of NIQ Brandbank. It is responsible for managing the suite of solutions across both Brandbank and Etilize, including associated service levels. This function ensures the efficient ingestion and distribution of all relevant digital product content to meet the needs of our internal teams, stakeholders, customers, industry, and NIQ.We are looking for a talented and motivated software developer to join our Customer Integration Development team. The team is responsible for developing and supporting our Client Integration Hub, developing and supporting our Flexible Integrations and the Bridge which is bespoke software we have to perform certain ETL tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Continue to develop and maintain code and systems across all of our platform
  • Maintain technical documentation, perform code reviews, and participate within technical discussions.
  • Work with PO to develop new functionalities in line with customer expectations.
  • Design and develop new cloud-based solutions in Azure.
  • Provide assistance to 2nd line support when configuring custom integrations.
  • Provide occasional consultation to our consultants on new features.
  • Develop an understanding of the Brandbank service and data model

Others:

  • You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained.
  • Relevant professional, ethical and health and safety standards apply to this role.
  • Ensure that all above roles are effectively you may be required to provide out of hours support for our global user base (as per on call rota) as well as cover during holidays and other periods of absence.
  • International travel maybe be required in order to fulfil the international deployment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in development
  • Strong skills in C+ HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Experience with API’s, database’s, authentications methods
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
