We are hiring passionate and energetic professionals for a Customer Support Executive role in the financial services domain. The role involves direct client interaction, trade support, and customer query resolution over voice and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in executing trades in equities, derivatives, commodities, and currency markets.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding products, services, and account details.

• Provide accurate information and resolve client complaints and concerns promptly.

• Educate clients on trading procedures, account opening, and usage of platforms.

• Maintain service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance) for client issue resolution.

• Stay updated with company products, services, market movements, and regulatory norms.

• Ensure all trade-related client interactions comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills Must be fluent in English and at least one regional language.

• Knowledge of capital markets, trading, and investment instruments is a plus.

• Strong analytical and convincing skills.

• Should be proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
