The Big Picture

As part of the Customer Experience team at Illumine-i, you will take the lead in orchestrating large-scale engineering projects, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be at the core of Project Management, aligning technical, financial, and operational aspects to drive project success, all while fostering strong client relationships and team development. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with business objectives.


What you can expect as a Customer Experience Specialist at Illumine-i:

  • You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, attentively addressing customer needs and providing effective support.
  • You’ll collaborate with the customer to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • You’ll offer guidance and support to team members in overcoming project-related challenges and obstacles.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering and design teams to oversee project execution.
  • You’ll manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost-efficiency.
  • You’ll resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • You’ll identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in both customer experience and project management.
  • You’ll advocate for customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of Illumine-i’s services and products.
  • You’ll strive to exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering outstanding service.
  • You’ll be accountable for all client relationships and identify avenues to add incremental value to customers through upselling.



Essential Qualifications include:

  • A background in electrical, civil, structural, or mechanical engineering is expected, as it provides a strong foundation for addressing technical challenges. Masters in Construction Management would be an added advantage.
  • Proven years of experience in engineering or design for Buildings and Infrastructure.
  • Ability to engage and manage various project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong business development and sales skills that will help in building incremental opportunities with existing clients.
