*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Operations Executive (Renewals) to join our team.
Requirements -
- Age Criteria - max. upto 40 yrs.
- Graduation
- 1-2 years of experience in life insurance operations, customer service, or related field
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
- Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage life insurance policy renewals, including premium payments, billing, and policy servicing
- Review and process renewal premium payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate with policyholders and agents regarding renewal requirements, premium payments, and policy status
- Resolve issues and discrepancies related to policy renewals, lapses, and reinstatements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policy transactions and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to resolve policy-related issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including renewal retention rates and customer satisfaction scores.
