Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Insurance Operations professional. The role involves managing insurance operations effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating insurance brokering services, and handling end-to-end customer service processes. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders, address client needs, and maintain excellent communication with clients and partners to deliver optimal insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Proficiency in Finance-related knowledge and processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Understanding of compliance standards and industry regulations
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Experience in insurance operations or a related sector is an advantage
