Job Title: Insurance Operations - Administrator - Insurance Operations

Job Description: Insurance Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the companys insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers, and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries. An Insurance Operations Administrator plays an important role in day-to-day operational support

• An opportunity/place to exhibit your skills, understand services which are integral part of Insurance broking lifecycle, enhance your knowledge, provide improvement ideas on work which is recently transitioned or to be transitioned
• As a new colleague or new to the service line, you will be provided with a brief about the Business Overview/Insights, Team dynamics, details of our Operating Model, Roles & Responsibilities at each level and Expectations of various stakeholders
• At start you will be a part of multiple training courses like,
• New Hire Onboarding (Parichay) – a program to familiarize you with our culture
• Insurance Basics training – a 5-day program to ensure you are well versed with fundamentals of Insurance & the broking cycle
• Process Training – detailed walkthrough of the activities within the process followed by competency / review period wherein all the processing done by you will be audited to make you successful in this role. Duration of this phase is dependent process.
• We expect you to understand the service or process. Learn about risk associated with service and become a process expert with knowledge on at least one of the Lines of Business
