Job Description

Executive Insurance

This position reports to the Head of Insurance.

He will maintain all the records of communication with the insurance companies.
He will maintain with traceability the insurance policy documents for all the assets, installation projects and personnel.
Maintain all the supporting documents against the individual policies with traceability.
Provide/send the relevant policy document to the projects as and when required after it has been obtained from insurance companies.
He will maintain the insurance policy renewal monitoring register to intimate the HOD for appropriate action as required.
He will maintain all the records of insurance cost transactions with traceability with the individual policy.
He will support the HOD Insurance in a manner required to deliver his responsibility.
In addition to the above jobs, the company management may entrust any other responsibility from time to time if required.
