The Customer Experience Associate ensures every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with the company. This includes assisting customers with inquiries, resolving product or service issues, conducting product demos, gathering feedback, and collaborating across teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Conduct live or recorded product demos to help customers understand key features, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide accurate information about product capabilities and use cases.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and setup processes.
  • Track and resolve customer issues efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams for escalations and feature feedback.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM/ticketing system.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and adoption.
  • Support webinars, training sessions, and content creation when needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong CSAT and NPS performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with customer analytics and experience metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES).
  • Technical understanding sufficient to demonstrate software effectively.
  • Experience in support automation or demo tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Multilingual communication ability is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable conducting product demos.
  • Proficient with CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in shifts.

Educational qualification:

  • Any degree (Regular).
  • A bachelors degree in fields such as Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related area is preferred.
  • Graduates between 2021 and 2024
  • Minimum of 60% in all academics (HSC mandatory).
  • No gaps of any kind.
