Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Insights Executives to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with existing Truemeds customers over phone calls (and occasionally in person), conduct structured surveys, collect feedback, and gain insights to help strengthen our internal systems and improve customer satisfaction. This role involves no direct sales. It focuses on data collection, communication, and relationship building through meaningful customer conversations. Key Responsibilities ●      Conduct outbound calls to Truemeds customers to complete various feedback and satisfaction surveys. ●      Accurately record customer responses in internal systems and databases. ●      Identify and communicate customer pain points, preferences, and suggestions. ●      Deliver a positive brand experience while collecting insights and data. ●      Meet daily and weekly productivity targets (number of calls, completion rates, etc.). ●      Support ongoing market insight or research initiatives as assigned. ●      Escalate critical feedback or findings to the respective internal teams. ●      Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company standards. Education ●      Minimum Graduation in any stream (mandatory). ●      A B. Pharm or a Graduation in a healthcare-related field will be a strong plus. Work Experience 1–3 years of experience in telesales, tele-calling, customer service, or survey-based roles. Language Proficiency ●      Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory). ●      Proficiency in regional languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, and Bengali is an advantage.     Skill Set Required Core Functional Skills: ●      Strong customer interaction and engagement abilities. ●      Skilled in conducting structured and unstructured surveys. ●      Attention to detail with accurate data entry and reporting. ●      Effective time management and the ability to consistently meet call targets. Communication Skills: ●      Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. ●      Active listening and comprehension abilities. ●      Maintains a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in every interaction. ●      Ability to simplify questions for better customer understanding. Technical Skills: ●      Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. ●      Comfortable working with CRM tools, dialer systems, and feedback platforms. ●      Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.            Behavioural & Soft Skills: ●      Empathy, patience, and a customer-centric mindset. ●      Adaptability to changing survey formats and feedback structures. ●      Accountability and ownership of performance. ●      Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in team environments. Domain Knowledge (Good-to-Have): ●      Basic understanding of healthcare, pharmacy, or medical systems. ●      Awareness of medicines or pharmaceutical categories (preferred for B.Pharm graduates).
