Expectations

  • Customer Data & Communication Management
  • Maintain and regularly update customer information databases.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and in- person interactions.
  • Record and track recurring concerns or service requests to support experience improvement.
  • Customer Response Coordination
  • Respond to customer messages and comments on social media promptly and appropriately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely closures.
  • Maintain a log of interactions and feedback for periodic review.
  • Social Media Content Communication Support
  • Manage engagement and suggest improvements to enhance audience/customer interaction.
  • Ensure content aligns with the communication standards.
  • Event & Experience Support
  • Coordinate customer-centric activities such as workshops, demonstrations, or events at the hab.
  • Support in organizing communication materials and managing RSVPs and participant engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with the store, retail teams to ensure consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer-facing communication updates with product and service information.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Relevant Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer engagement, communications, or social media communication. (Freshens can apply)
  • Understanding of social media handling, customer experience, and data management.

  • Technical

    Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media tools and basic communication platforms.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and email correspondence.
  • Comfort with customer call handling and written communication.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Empathy and attentiveness in customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Professional, calm, and proactive approach in resolving queries.
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to a dynamic environment.
