Customer Care Sr. Engineer (QA)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve 

  customer complaints

  , ensuring quick and effective corrective actions.
• Apply structured problem-solving tools such as 

  8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why, and Fishbone Analysis

  .
• Lead 

  APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related quality documentation

  .
• Support 

  customer audits, visits, and approvals

   by preparing necessary data and presenting with confidence.
• Implement 

  QMS standards

   across production and quality operations.
• Promote 

  Kaizen, Poka Yoke, and mistake-proofing initiatives

   for quality improvements.
• Drive cross-functional teams to achieve 

  zero-defect culture

   and reduce internal/external rejections.
• Prepare and deliver 

  presentations (PPTs)

   for customer reviews, management updates, and technical discussions.
• Ensure 

  timely closure of NCRs, CAPAs

  , and customer escalation reports.
• Maintain strong customer communication and relationship-building for quality assurance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in 

  Mechanical Engineering

  .

• 4–7 years of experience

   in QA/customer care in an automotive or sheet metal manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of 

  QMS, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and audit handling

  .
• Hands-on exposure to 

  customer complaint handling and escalation management

  .
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
• Proficiency in 

  Excel, PowerPoint, and quality documentation tools

  .
• Ability to handle 

  customer interactions independently

   and work under pressure.
