Responsibilities

• Handle DMs, emails, and WhatsApp messages in a timely and thoughtful manner
• Solve customer queries related to orders, delivery, product details, etc.
• Coordinate with the operations team (design, operations, packaging) for issue resolution
• Assist in collecting customer feedback and insights
• Represent Ekanga with kindness and clarity

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone empathetic, patient, and proactive
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Organized and able to multitask
• Prior experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Interest in wellness, spirituality, or emotional wellness is a plus

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in any field
2. Basic tech-savviness (email, Google Sheets, messaging apps)
